Retail Return Policy
Christy Sports is committed to our customer’s satisfaction.
Any unused items may be returned to us for exchange or refund within thirty(30) days of receipt.
For items that we shipped as ordered, shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please follow the steps below for faster exchange or refund and keep in mind it may take up to two weeks after receipt of product for your exchange or refund to be processed.
1. Include a copy of your receipt or invoice.
2. Include a name and contact number to reach you if needed.
3. We can only accept return items that are in new and unused condition.
4. All items must be returned in their original packaging.
5. Items must be returned with all of the original tags still attached
6. Indicate your preference of refund or exchange. If exchanging, please let us know what size and/or color you would like.

We do not require a Return Authorization for products purchased through our website. In the event that we are unable to accept a return we will make arrangements to send the product back to you.
Items that are returned after the thirty(30) day window will be evaluated on a case by case basis and may be credited at the current selling price.

Prior Season Merchandise
Any orders for clearance merchandise are filled on a first come first serve basis. These items are new and unused however, they may show some scuffs and wear from inventory movement within Christy Sports LLC during the off season. As result of these movements our inventory may not be 100% accurate, and we may be unable to locate some items listed as available on our website. We make every effort to fill orders, however if we cannot we will contact you.

All offers presented on Christysports.com or any of our family of sites are only valid online unless otherwise stated. Online offers and or discounts will not be honored in our brick locations unless specifically stated.
