Retail Return Policy

Christy Sports is committed to our customer’s satisfaction.

Any unused items may be returned to us for exchange or refund within thirty(30) days of receipt.

For items that we shipped as ordered, shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please follow the steps below for faster exchange or refund and keep in mind it may take up to two weeks after receipt of product for your exchange or refund to be processed.

1. Include a copy of your receipt or invoice.
2. Include a name and contact number to reach you if needed.
3. We can only accept return items that are in new and unused condition.
4. All items must be returned in their original packaging.
5. Items must be returned with all of the original tags still attached
6. Indicate your preference of refund or exchange. If exchanging, please let us know what size and/or color you would like.

We do not require a Return Authorization for products purchased through our website.  In the event that we are unable to accept a return we will make arrangements to send the product back to you.

Items that are returned after the thirty(30) day window will be evaluated on a case by case basis and may be credited at the current selling price.

The terms of the United States Fair Credit Billing Act state that your credit card provider cannot hold you liable for fraudulent charges over $50. Christy Sports will cover the cost of any fees up to $50 that are the direct result of fraudulent use of your credit card through any Christy Sports web site. Fraudulent use of your credit card must be proven to have originated through a Christy Sports web site. Liability is strictly limited to $50. Any unauthorized use must first be reported to your credit card company in accordance with their rules and regulations regarding fraudulent use.
