Blizzard Rustler 10 Skis - Men's:
Developed from a more progressive softer snow and modern turn shape approach, the Freeride collection offers specifically designed technology, constructions, sidecuts and rocker profiles that deliver a more fun and playful skiing experience.
Carbon Flipcore D.R.T. Technology: A revolutionary rockered ski production process that incorporates a specifically designed piece of Titanal, which reduces the torsional strength of the tip and tail areas of the ski while adding stability and control underfoot. Uni-directional carbon fiber is also used in the tip and tail to stabilize the rockered areas of the ski and reduce swing weight.
Construction: Specifically designed multi-layer woodcore with two layers of carbon fiberglass reinforcement. Light and strong.
Progressive Waist Width Concept: Waist widths change by size. Longer skis get wider waist widths. Rustler 10: 102-104mm and Rustler 11: 112-116mm
Shape Concept: Progressive wide body style with an aggressive radius (18-19 m a 180 cm). Slightly more aggressive tip shape to help turn initiation. Modern early rise tail shape that is designed to be playful in softer snow.
Progressive Rocker Concept: Increase amount of tip and tail rocker to ensure ideal flotation at all speeds. Camber underfoot to provide control on compact snow.

"Having never skied any Blizzard ski in the past, I had no expectations or preconceptions of the brand before taking out the Rustler 10. What I found was my dream ski. A thinner sheet of titanium alloy (titanal) lays edge-to-edge underfoot, tapering out between the binding and tips. Like most skis with metal, the Rustler 10 is torsionally rigid on edge and stable at 60 mph though chopped snow. But the tapered shape and thickness of the titanal is what sets this ski apart, making it more playful, somewhat forgiving, and just plain fun." - Spencer Harkins

“It’s a great all-around, go-anywhere, do-anything rig,” said one tester about the Rustler 10. “Playful, responsive, super stable and more carving-centric than its brother, the Rustler 11.”

Our testers adore the Rustler 10, particularly for its Finesse properties. Here’s a sampler: “The mix of underfoot grip with ease at the extremities is unmatched. Another home run for Blizzard!” “Rustler 102 is playful, loose, poppy, yet still has that Blizzard feel underfoot. It’s going to be easier for more skiers to deal with.” “Centered and well balanced.” “Super fun in soft stuff, quite forgiving, yet good power on the groomed.”
