How can I check the status of my order?

Your order number can be found in your order confirmation email. Enter your Order ID and shipping zip code to track your order here:

What does "processing" mean?

If your order status says "Processing", that means we are currently waiting for the item(s) to arrive from a retail location or warehouse. As soon as the fulfillment center receives the product(s), you will receive an e-mail notification with a tracking number.

What does "arrived" mean?

If your order status says "Arrived", that means your item has arrived in our fulfillment center and is ready for shipping. If there are multiple items on your order, we may be waiting on the other item(s) to arrive before shipping.

What does "partially shipped" mean?

If a product is transferring in from a retail location, it may take extra business days to ship out. For larger orders, product(s) ship out as they become available. Items may ship out of multiple warehouses. As soon as the warehouse receives them, the item(s) will be shipped. You will receive shipment notification with a tracking number via e-mail.

What forms of payment does Christy Sports accept?

Christy Sports accepts all major US and Canadian credit cards, PayPal and Christy Sports Gift Cards. Christy Sports cannot accept international credit cards to process online orders at this time.

Can I use more than one form of payment?

Christy Sports is unable to split tender on multiple credit cards at this time. However, Christy Sports will accept up to 4 gift cards as payment per order should you wish to purchase a gift card and redeem it. Remaining funds will apply to a credit card or PayPal entered.

Will I be charged sales tax?

Applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases shipping to Colorado, Utah, New Mexico and Washington addresses due to our physical retail presence in these states.

Can I add items or change shipping on an existing order?

Yes, if the order has not already shipped, you may contact customer service at 888.413.6966 to upgrade your shipping or add any additional item(s). For your security we do not save any payment information, so please be prepared to supply the payment information to re-authorize the new amount for the entire order. Once our warehouse has shipped your order, we will be unable to make any changes. If your order has already shipped, we'll be happy to estimate shipping on a new order if it is placed within 24 hours of the original order.

Please note, we are unable to make changes to orders placed with PayPal other than shipping costs. We will need a credit card for orders submitted with PayPal if you intend to upgrade shipping. Upgraded shipping costs will be collected as an individual payment.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, we are able to cancel the order if it has not shipped. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at 888.413.6966. If we are able to cancel the order, the voided authorization will automatically drop off your account within 1-5 business days depending on your banking institution.

Do you accept international credit cards?

We are unable to process international credit cards at this time. We currently use PayPal as an alternate payment type for orders with an international billing address.

Is it safe to use personal information on your site?

Christy Sports is designed to provide a secure and safe online shopping environment. When you place an order, our systems work with the browser software on your computer to establish a secure, encrypted connection using an Internet-standard technology called SSL. This prevents all personal information from being intercepted as it travels the Internet between our systems. All popular browsers, such as Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome and Safari use SSL to protect transactions.
In addition to SSL we have partnered with a leading hosting company and use appropriate hardware to protect our servers and data from unauthorized access.

Will my email or other personal information be shared?

No, we do not share e-mail addresses or other personal information with anyone. For more information please refer to our Privacy Policy.

An item I want is out of stock. Will Christy Sports be receiving more?

Once a style or size becomes out of stock, it is no longer available company wide. Many styles we carry are seasonal, and we do not work on a backorder system. If you'd like assistance in placing a special order directly through the manufacturer, please give us a call at 1-888-413-6966. Our customer care agents are happy to check the manufacturer's inventory to see if we can place a special order. Please note, special orders are final sales and lead times may take 2-6 weeks depending on the time of season.

How do I use a Christy Sports Gift Card for an online purchase?

We are happy to accept gift cards online. You can apply up to 4 gift cards towards your online order. The gift card(s) will be automatically redeemed. Any remaining payment due will be charged to a separate credit card or PayPal at checkout. Additionally, any orders that are cancelled or returned will be refunded back to the original gift card(s) used.

How do I use my online Discount/Promo Code?

To apply a promo code, simply continue to the shopping cart by clicking 'View Cart' at the top of your screen. Add the promo code to the field 'Enter Your Coupons Here'. The discount will be immediately deducted from your shopping cart if it is a valid promotion code. Only one coupon per purchase per customer is permitted.

Will Christy Sports Price Match?

Yes, if you find a lower advertised price on the same product, we'll match it. To qualify, please confirm all of the following requirements are met :

  1. The item must be available at an online retailer
  2. The item must be in-stock and identical to what we carry (size, brand, color)
  3. The competitor must also offer free shipping

Once the criteria is met, please contact us with the link to the competitor's site so we may verify the competitor's advertised price to proceed with the price match.

Why was my order cancelled?

Although Christy Sports tries our best to maintain 100% accuracy with inventory, there are rare occasions where we experience inventory errors with our combined warehouses and retail locations. We update our site inventory daily, but there is an inevitable delay in reflecting the fluctuations of quantities of product on hand. In these rare cases, we will notify you of the cancellation by e-mail or phone call. If your order contains additional items, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order.

My order item(s) were cancelled. When will I receive a refund?

Items that are cancelled off an order will be immediately voided and authorized funds will be released in 2-3 business days depending on the banking institution. If we have partially shipped the order, a refund will be immediately issued for the cancelled item(s), and will post to your account within 2-3 business days.

Why was my credit card declined?

In order to protect our customers from fraudulent transactions, the billing address is verified through your credit card company. If the billing address on the order differs from the billing address on your bank's records, you could be declined. You should contact your credit card company to verify the address they have on file for AVS (Address Verification System) purposes. Your credit card company may need to speak with you before they authorize your purchase. To prevent any unnecessary delays processing your order, please ensure that the billing address on your order matches the information on your credit card account. You may see pending charges on your account even though the order was declined. The hold of funds will drop off automatically in 2-3 business days since the transaction was incomplete. After confirming the information with your bank, you should be able to complete a new order without any further issues.

Was my credit card charged twice?

Your credit card will only be charged once when the order ships. What you are seeing on your bank account is a pre-authorization. Common bank practices place a hold on funds when you place your order to ensure funds and account authenticity. Funds will be temporarily unavailable and may display as "pending" on your account. This authorization will typically drop from your account within 48 to 72 hours depending on your banking institution.

A duplicate order has been submitted. What does that error message mean?

Once an order initially declines, our site will not allow an order to be placed with the same exact information. Our site recognizes the same information and cannot place a new order until all holds have been cleared through the bank. After confirming the information with your bank, you should be able to complete a new order without any further issues.

I received an AVS error message when trying to check out, what does this mean?

If you are receiving an 'Address Verification System' error message, there may be a mismatch with your credit card information, billing or shipping address. Please contact the credit card issuer to determine the reason. The billing address should match exactly what your bank has on file. Please review all information closely and look for any typos or transposed numbers. If you receive this error, your order was not successfully completed. Please do not try to place a second order without contacting your bank first. Our systems will tell you a duplicate order has already been placed and not let you continue until the problem is corrected.

When will my payment be processed?

Your credit card or PayPal payment will be charged the day your order ships. Gift Cards will redeem immediately when the order is placed for security purposes.

How long will it take for my order to ship after I've placed it?

Christy Sports makes every effort to ship out orders same day if an item is readily available in our warehouse and received by 1:00 pm MST. If we have to retrieve the product(s) from a retail location, it may take extra business days to ship. Items ship as they become available. Once the item leaves our warehouse, the UPS shipping method you chose will determine when the items will be delivered. The shipping time frame depends on what items you order and to which state you are having them shipped. Once your order is placed, you can check your order's status under the Track Order Page.

How much does shipping and handling cost?

We currently offer free economy ground shipping with any purchase over $50. If your order totals more than $50, you will receive free standard ground shipping in the United States, except Alaska and Hawaii. A 2 Day Air fee will be charged for orders with shipping addresses to Alaska or Hawaii due to courier surcharges to those locations. The cost for expedited shipping is calculated by weight and displayed on the checkout page before you complete your order.

Does Christy Sports ship internationally?

No, we do not ship to international locations other than U.S. Territories and Military APO/FPO addresses. We currently accept PayPal to assist us in processing foreign billing addresses to US shipping addresses.
Christy Sports has partnered with MyUS.com, the No. 1 international shipping service to bring select brands to you. With MyUS.com, you will be assigned a U.S.-based address where your package will be processed for shipping straight to your home country. The cost associated with getting the goods from the USA to you are applied by MyUS.com, and is based upon the weight and size of items you order.

How quickly will my order ship?

Christy Sports makes every effort to ship out the same day if an order is placed by 1:00pm MST. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. We may have to pull a product from one of our 43 retail locations to complete your order. This can add additional business days to ship. Christy Sports cannot guarantee any delivery dates without upgraded shipping. Free Economy Shipping is 1-14 business days; Ground is 1-10 business days. You will receive UPS notification with a tracking number when the order ships.

Orders are not shipped over the weekends or on recognized national holidays.

What is your shipping policy?

For standard shipping, please allow up to 24 hours for processing. We make every effort to ship out the same day if the order is placed by 1pm MST and product is available in our warehouse for immediate fulfillment. If we have to retrieve the product(s) from a retail location, it may take extra business days to transfer and ship. As soon as the fulfillment center receives it, it will be shipped. You will receive a shipment notification via e-mail with a tracking number with an estimated delivery date. Does Christy Sports ship to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?

We are unable to ship orders to P.O. Boxes at this time, a residential or business address is required to ship to.

We accept orders shipped to APO/FPO Military addresses. When filling in required shipping information, the Military State will relate to a state. The military State will correlate to the zip code (AE=NY or AP=CA). Please allow additional time for fulfillment for shipments to military addresses. Military orders will be shipped via UPS SurePost.

If I place an order for Next Day Air, will my package arrive the following day?

If we receive an order before 1:00PM (MST) for an item that is on hand in one of our 4 fulfillment centers, we will ship it the same day. If we have to transfer an item in to the fulfilment center, processing time could take 1-2 business days to ship. Please contact customer service to verify the ship date if you place an expedited order.

Please note, this also applies for 2 Day Air and 3rd Day Select.

Why was I was charged for 2nd day air?

If you are shipping to an address in Hawaii or Alaska, UPS charges a mandatory rate for delivery service to those territories because of extended area surcharges.

Can I order something online and pick it up at the retail store?

Yes, Christy Sports now offers Buy Online and Pick Up In Store service. During the checkout process after you enter your billing information, there will be an option to select "Ship to a store for pick up", and a menu will appear with all available store locations. Shipping is still free for any orders over $50. See our Buy Online, Pick Up in Store page for the necessary steps. In order to offer the best online selection we often pull inventory from other retail locations, please allow minimum of 3 days for orders to arrive at your chosen location. Orders that are not picked up within 30 days of delivery will result in a restock of goods and a refund to the original form of payment.

What happens if I'm not home when my order arrives?

If no one is available to sign for the goods, the parcel will be delivered without a signature. We recommend sending to an address where there is someone in attendance during business hours, that way you're sure to get the item as soon as possible!

I cannot locate my delivered package. What do I do?

If you believe your package was not delivered or has gone missing, UPS can help by performing a complete investigation to locate the package. If you have not received your package even though the tracking information confirms the package has been delivered to the specified address, please check the premises thoroughly. Allow 24 hours to check with members of the household and neighbors in case they made have intercepted the package on your behalf.
Once the package is deemed missing, please give Christy Sports Customer Service a call so we can open an investigation with UPS. Once the investigation is open, the UPS search process usually takes seven to 10 business days. We do not replace or reimburse product(s) until the investigation is closed. This process must be initiated within 30 days of delivery notification.

What is your Return Policy?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return your item within 30 days to Christy Sports Online or your local store. Any unused items may be returned to us for exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All products must be returned in new and un-used condition to ensure a full credit. How do I return my order?

Please pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. It is recommended to send it back through a courier that provides a tracking number to ensure delivery. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase once the item arrives back to us. Christy Sports is not responsible for return shipping charges. .

Can I return or exchange sale items?

All sale items can be returned or exchanged, compliant with the same guidelines for our return policy.

How long does it take for me to get a refund/exchange?

Refunds are processed in the order they arrive back to our fulfillment center. Once we receive your returned item(s), a refund or exchange is initiated promptly. Exchanges are subject to product availability. Refunds are processed back through the original form of payment. You will be notified via email at the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place.

Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.

I am returning an item purchased with a Gift Card how does that work?

A store credit will be issued for the returned item in the form of a new gift card. Cash refunds are not given for gift card purchases.

If the price has changed since I ordered it, can I get a refund?

If an item changes in price, we will honor the price difference within 14 days of the original purchase date.

I received a defective product. What do I do?

If you receive a damaged item, please contact Customer Service within 30 days of delivery at 1.888.413.6966. Be prepared to give customer service the last name or order number from your original confirmation. Christy Sports will make every reasonable effort to assist you with your return. Please note, if you do not contact customer service, you are responsible for all return shipping charges.

What is your discount policy as compared with your stores?

Online prices and selection may vary from our retail stores. Prices and offers are subject to change. Pricing is the same for the most part, but not guaranteed. Our department competes with other online retailers to get you the best deals. We recommend calling the store you are visiting for current prices. Online orders placed for shipment to Colorado are typically delivered within a few business days.

The Christy Sports online department is unable apply a retail demo credits toward online purchases. Demo credits are redeemable at the same location that facilitated the demo with proof of purchase. Can I buy used skis and snowboards from Christy Sports?

Our friends at demo-skis on Ebay are doing fantastic work with the sale of used ski and snowboard gear. They have a large selection and great customer service reviews. Check them out.

If I purchase skis and bindings, will they come mounted?

We are unable to mount bindings before shipping. Installation by a certified technician with your ski boot present must be done professionally to ensure your bindings will function as designed and any warranties remain intact.

Why do Christy Sports color names differ from the manufacturer's colors?

Manufacturers choose their own unique color names in development. We carry the exact same products and colors directly from the manufacturer. Our generic color specification makes it easier for our internal coding system. You will receive the same product and color as the manufacturer.

Can Christy Sports guarantee the base color of a snowboard?

Many brands we carry randomize the base colors on their boards. We will do our best to ship the base color requested, but we cannot guarantee that we have exact color left in stock. Please put all color requests in the Special Requests field as you checkout and we will do our very best to fulfill your request.

How can I write a review on a product?

How do I place a special order?

Please contact us to find out if the product can be special ordered. A customer service agent will check availability with the manufacturer. All special ordering is final sale and lead times may take 2-6 weeks.

How do I start a warranty claim process for my online order?

Many of our products sold on ChristySports.com come with a manufacturer's warranty. For additional information on the manufacturer's warranty for specific products, contact the manufacturer directly.

In the event that the manufacturer requires a dealer to continue the process of a warranty, please ship your product to the address specified below with a brief description of the problem. Be sure to enclose your online receipt. All warranties are to be mailed to the original purchase location.
