Nordica Enforcer 110 Ski - Men's:
How do you make a powder day even better? Spend it on the Enforcer 110, the most advanced powder ski we’ve ever crafted. Building on the tried and true platform of the Enforcer 100, it’s the newest addition to the Enforcer collection. Designed to cater to soft snow, the Enforcer 110 is as powerful as it is playful. To keep the ski’s weight in check while maximizing fun, it pairs a balsa wood core with carbon and two sheets of metal. This design also enhances response and dampens vibrations for an especially smooth ride. And to blast through crud and offer additional floatation, the Enforcer 110 sports a high rise tip and tail rocker. For all mountain performance tailored to soft snow, choose the Enforcer 110.

Nevertheless, the Enforcer 110 is a great ski for someone that wants a daily driver that is a little on the wider side. The rocker in the tip and tail makes it very easy to turn, and the camber underfoot is essential for everyday versatility. As long as straightlining is not on the agenda, this ski will make a lot of people very happy.

The new core created for the Enforcer 110 (and Enforcer Pro) embodies several more clever ideas. The central core uses a relatively thin laminate of poplar, beech and balsa around a channel of foam that it sheaths in top and bottom sheets of .4mm Titanium. To compensate for the added weight of metal, the Enforcer 110 core replaces heavy glass layers with laminates of carbon fiber prepreg. The resulting structure weighs no more than the Patron, the model the Enforcer 110 replaces in the Nordica line, despite sporting two sheets of Ti the Patron lacked. Quite the coup.

“Really, really fun for someone who wants a playful ski in the tip and tail but wants stability in the gut.” Its 110 mm waist hits a sweet spot, fit for varying snow conditions, while a build consisting of two stiff layers of Titanal sandwiching a lightweight and forgiving balsa core yields a great balance of stability, dampening and spring. Last but not least, rockered tips and camber underfoot up the ski’s versatility, allowing it to handle all conditions.
