Nordica Enforcer 93 Ski - Men's *2017-2018*: Nordica came out with the Enforcer 93 for the 2017 ski season after their Enforcer 100 was met with rave reviews across the board. Some skiers, however, wanted a narrower waist width than the 100 mm of the original Enforcer. Thus, the Enforcer 93 was born and was immediately named SKI Magazine’s “Gear of the Year” for 2017. This ski retains the elements of the original Enforcer that make it so versatile and such a high performing ski across the board, but the 93 mm waist width provides quicker, snappier, and more responsive performance on firm snow. The Enforcer 93 uses two sheets of titanal laminates that give it the power and torsional stiffness that advanced and expert skiers need when skiing fast and aggressively. The 93 mm version of this ski really shines on firm snow and will hold an edge through essentially anything. In soft snow, however, the low rise rocker profile and blunt, Hammerhead Nose tip give the ski a very maneuverable nature. You can slide, smear, pivot, and slash turns even in deep snow and it really provides great stability and float for a ski with a 93 mm waist. From the hard pack to the powder, the Enforcer 93 can take you anywhere.

One peek at the baseline of the Nordica Enforcer 93 tells you all you need to know about the ski’s terrain preferences: this is an off-piste utensil with an elevated snout that on hardpack looks like it could be sniffing for snow. If fed its preferred diet of crud, the shovel gets busy absorbing the sudden impacts of broken snow, more than making up for its uninvolvement on the groom. It more than holds it own on hardpack, popping off its cambered midsection as if it can’t wait to get to the next turn.
