Shipping Policy

Due to our limited fulfillment operations because of COVID-19, please expect shipping delays up to 7 business days.

All orders, including orders purchased online for In-Store pickup, are shipped via UPS at the service level that is selected during checkout. We make every effort to ship orders placed before 1pm the same day, however some products transfer from our retail locations across Colorado and Utah and may take extra business days to process and ship. Orders placed over the weekend, or on recognized holidays will ship the following 1-3 business days. During peak season, delivery commitment times for orders may be extended due to location of inventory, and observed holidays. You will receive a UPS tracking number via e-mail when your order has shipped. If you need expedited shipping on your order, please call us at (888) 413-6966 and we can give you an estimated ship date.

UPS transit days for expedited orders are measured in business days once the order has shipped, not from the time the order is placed. We process orders Monday through Friday. Most orders are shipped out of Colorado which is located in the Mountain Central Time Zone.

For APO addresses please select economy ground shipping and we will send them via USPS surepost. APO orders are the only orders that will be shipped via USPS surepost. When filling in required shipping information, the Military State will relate to a state. The military State will correlate to the zip code (AE=NY or AP=CA). Please allow additional time for fulfillment for shipments to military addresses.

Christy Sports does not ship to PO Boxes at this time.

Our annual Powder Daze Sale requires movement of a large part of our inventory. Our normal shipping times may be extended during this period. If you are planning a trip or need an item for a gift give us a shout and we can help determine your expected shipping date.
